PSG Donates to ‘Safe Haven’ in North Tongu.

A team from the Paediatric Society of Ghana led by the President of the Society, Dr Hilda Mantebea Boye visited the Agbetikpo camp (in the Aveyime-Battor area) in the Volta Region on Friday, 24th November, 2023 to donate relief items to the displaced victims (especially children).
Items donated included boxes of packaged food items, clothes for children, story books, exercise books, pencils, toys, packs of bottled water among others.
The people at the camp were very excited to see the PSG team. The leaders of the camp made a passionate appeal to the team for psychological support for the victims.
The items were received on behalf of the Agbetikpo camp by Hon. Kugah Derick, the Assembly member for Agbetikpo Sikor Electoral Area. He thanked the team for coming to their rescue and the kind donation.
